SUMMARY: I spent around 4 hours setting up to mix the audio from the Inaugural Showcase’s Spin Cats set. This page has a resulting rough mixes for each of their songs along with notes for each about what was done in the mix. It put clips of what I liked the most first.
Everything up to the middle of Walk Like A Man has overdriven guitar input (big distortion) and that has been skipped.

COMPLETE SONGS IN ORDER FROM THE SET:

Everything up to the middle of Walk Like A Man has overdriven guitar input (big distortion).

Walk Like A Man:

• I made an MP3 with a rough mix of where the guitar is ok in walk like a man to the end.
• Then I made another “good1” of the ending which was pretty likable.

California Dreamin:

• Considerable adjustments to the EQ on the bass vocals. Might be worth seeing if it helps walk like a man.
• Adjusted the guitar volume especially turning it down during the solo.
• Adjusted the Guitar vocals volume.
• End of the solo to the end of the song has a better performance than the first half of the song.

Big Girls Don’t Cry:

• Drum vocals are grossly off pitch and have been suppressed.
• Someone is way off pitch on the first notes.
• Adjust the Bass and Guitar vocals volume.
• 2^nd verse there’s a multitrack recording glitch.
• Lots of good spots to pick clips from.

King Tut: Not as familiar a song. Lead vocals are impressive.

Render just the full song. Didn’t find any especially compelling clips within the song.

Adjust the vocals.

No Matter What

• Had to boost the bass volume.
• Got a good clip from the middle.
• Impressive Lead Vocals (most of the time)
